What types of events do you host at Warehaus?
Warehaus is perfect for many celebrations, including birthdays, quinceañeras, showers, weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, religious milestones, graduations, and more.
Our flexible layout lets you customize the space so your event feels like your own — whether elegant, playful, or professional.
What’s included with our rental?

We want your event to be stress-free — you bring the vision, we provide the foundation.
What time can we start setting up?
Event hosts, vendors, and decorators have access beginning at 11 AM on the day of your rental. This gives plenty of time for setup, deliveries, and décor before guests arrive.
When do we need to be finished?
Events typically end by 11 PM (or midnight if the extra hour is added). All personal items, décor, and rentals must be removed by midnight or 1 AM, depending on your event end time. You’ll have one hour after your event concludes for cleanup and gathering.
Can we bring our own caterer and vendors?
Yes! You are welcome to bring any licensed vendor you prefer — catering, cake, décor, photography, DJs, and more. There are no required vendor lists or exclusive fees. That gives you control and can save you money.
Are there catering or alcohol requirements?
✔️ You can bring your own licensed caterer.
✔️ You can bring alcohol (based on your event type).
✔️ No corkage fees.
Ask us about insurance requirements — it’s common for events with alcohol, and we can guide you.
What is your alcohol policy?
Alcohol is allowed depending on your event type. If you’re serving alcohol, most hosts obtain a simple event liability insurance policy for coverage — we’re happy to explain what’s required and help make it easy. Beer and wine may be served without a bartender, but if you’re serving hard liquor, a licensed bartender is required.
Is there a deposit and cancellation policy?
A security deposit and signed rental agreement secure your date.
Cancellation terms vary by timing — we’ll walk you through our simple and fair policy when you inquire.
How many guests can Warehaus accommodate?
Warehaus comfortably hosts events of many sizes.
With a flexible layout:

Do you offer event setup assistance?
We support your setup with dedicated staff to help with tables, chairs, and basic logistics. For décor installation or specialized design help, we can recommend trusted local vendors who know Warehaus well.
Is parking available?
Warehaus is conveniently located with on-site or nearby parking and is accessible for all of your guests. Street parking is available and free after 6 PM Monday–Saturday and free all day on Sundays.
We also offer private back-lot parking with 4 guaranteed spaces (up to 6 depending on date/time) for vendor load-in and load-out.
Can we play music or hire a DJ?
Absolutely! Music can be played until your event end time — 11 PM or midnight, depending on your rental.
DJs and live bands must provide their own sound equipment, while smaller events can use our in-house sound system via phone or tablet.
Can we tour the space before booking?
Of course! Touring the space is the best way to experience the atmosphere and picture your celebration.
We start with a short call to understand your event, confirm alignment, and then set up your in-person walkthrough.
Do you offer setup guides or planning support?
Yes — once you book, we send a detailed planning guide with:

✔ Layout ideas
✔ Vendor tips
✔ Timeline suggestions
This helps you plan confidently and saves time.
Can we decorate the space?
Yes — we love seeing your creativity! Free-standing décor (tablescapes, arches, backdrops, balloon installations) is welcome.
If you’d like to hang anything on walls or ceilings, advance notice and written approval are required and must be added to your event contract.
Please avoid confetti, glitter, open flames, and tape that could damage floors or walls.
What’s required for cleanup?
Hosts and vendors should bag all trash, remove décor, and take personal items before leaving. Our team handles all sweeping, mopping, and final cleaning — it’s included in your rental price.
