Book A Tour

Every celebration starts with a conversation. Before booking a tour, we connect by phone to learn about your event vision, guest list range, music & DJ needs, load-in/out logistics, and your ideal flow for the day. Once we know we’re a great fit for your celebration, you’ll be invited to tour the venue in person.

Step 1: Phone Consultation

We’ll learn:

• Type of event (quinceañera, wedding, baptism, birthday, graduation, corporate, etc.)

• Guest count range

• DJ / music needs

• Load-in / load-out considerations

• General event vision & style

If everything aligns, we’ll schedule your in-person tour.

Step 2: In-Person Tour

During your visit, we will:

• Walk through the entire space

• Explore layout options based on your event specifics

• Discuss timeline flow, decor, and vendor logistics

• Answer detailed questions about pricing and policies

You’ll leave with a clear picture of how your celebration will look and feel.

Step 3: Personalized Proposal

After your tour, we’ll create a tailored quote based on:

• Guest count

• Type of celebration

• Hours needed

• Vendor setup needs

• Any additional requests
